Refund and Shipping Policy

Overview

Most items should be delivered in about 7-30 days after payment processing. If item(s) do not arrive in less than 31 days, you may be eligible for a refund. Please email us at contact@digiyardsale.com

Refunds

Lost, damaged, incorrect, or late arriving items may be eligible for a full refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at sale price.

Shipping

Shipping costs are added to the final total. Free shipping will have no added shipping cost.
